Size Misconception

Please note that the inner diameter of solid tires is smaller than the rim's outer diameter, ensuring a secure fit without the need for tension. Our tires have an inner diameter of 14.2 cm and fit rims with an outer diameter of about 6.65 inches and a groove width of about 1.33 inches. You will not find a mismatch in size.

Solid tires tend to be harder than pneumatic tires, making installation more challenging. We recommend softening the tire for 15-20 minutes in boiling water before installing to ease the process. This makes it easier to fit the tire. For best results, it’s recommended to use two people or take the tire to a professional bicycle repair store.
